MATT Price scored his 13th goal of the season as Bowers & Pitsea overcame Bury Town in the battle of fifth versus fourth in Division One North.
Bowers controlled large parts of the first half, with Jack Thompson almost putting them ahead when he rattled the crossbar with an effort from the edge of the area.
Freddie Price then came agonisingly close to Thompson’s teasing cross, before the pressure finally told and Bowers got their lead when Matt Price brilliantly headed home his namesake Freddie’s cross....
