GRIGGS END FOR MAGPIES

HEACHAM are looking for a new manager after long-serving David Griggs announced he is to step down.
Griggs took over the club in the North West Norfolk League and led them to EIGHT successive promotions during his nine years at the helm, leaving them established in the Eastern Counties Premier Division.
Mark Cosham, newly-appointed chairman of the 117-year-old village club, said: “David has done an excellent job over the years and we would not be in the position we are today without his hard work and dedication.”
