MARINE made short work of Atherton Collieries with a four-goal rout that makes them the league’s second-highest scorers.
Atherton’s fate was already sealed midweek following a defeat to Macclesfield but today they were overpowered by brutal Marine possession.
It could have been worse for Colls had Jack Buckley not saved Sol Solomon’s early penalty.
