AS FAR as 0–0 draws go, Hendon’s meeting with play-off-bound Gosport Borough was in the eminently-watchable category. The Greens had the majority of chances, but very few were clear-cut and neither Borough’s Toby Steward nor Hendon’s Haf El-Droubi would consider themselves overworked.
Steward was forced into making half a dozen saves, but all the attempts were straight at him, Kai Brosnan, Kurtis Cumberbatch and Billy Leonard finding the tall keeper perfectly positioned. Gosport went close to breaking the deadloc...
