A SUBLIME Billericay Town display in a 5-3 victory over Margate wasn’t enough to extend their season as they confirmed Margate’s relegation.
The home side, chasing a play-off place, reaped the rewards of their early pressure on two minutes.
Tom Bender had plenty of space on the left to provide for Alfie Cerulli, who swept home.
Margate got an ideal route back into the game with a penalty as Frankie Merrifield brought down Ben Greenhalgh.
Steve Cawley took responsibility but Dan Wilks was equal to the task before the follow-up...
