WITNEY REBORN AND LOOKING TO CREATE NEW LEGACY

ONE OF Non-League’s most famous names, who dissolved in 2013, are back for the new season.
Witney Town have been reborn for 2024-25 and will play in the Oxfordshire Senior League.
Founded as Witney FC in 1885, the club were known as Witney United and Witney Town AFC before adopting the name Witney Town in 1922.
The club’s most successful period was in the 1970s and 80s when they competed in the Southern League Premier Division, finishing fifth in 1983-84.
