SLOGGETT HAS HIS SIGHTS SET

IRISH midfielder Greg Sloggett says he is relishing a “new challenge” at Hartlepool United.
The 28-year-old has penned terms at Victoria Park having spent the latter half of last season in League One with Cheltenham Town.
Sloggett has spent most of his career in his homeland, winning the League of Ireland First Division title with UCD in 2018 before enjoying spells with Derry City and Dundalk. He appeared over 100 times for the latter and playing in the Europa League group stages in 2020.
