BOWERS BAG A YOUNG PAIR

ISTHMIAN Premier new boys Bowers & Pitsea have strengthened their squad with two new arrivals.
Bowers boss James Collins has picked up winger Rio Campbell and former Southend United midfielder Jacob Bland.
Campbell, 21, was with Cray Wanderers at the start of last season, playing five times and then heading to Kingstonian, where he made another 13 appearances.
Bland, 19, comes in on a dual registration deal with Chelmsford City after spending last season with Concord Rangers. He previously played at Great Wakering Rovers and the Southend Under-18 set-up.
