CHICHESTER began life for the first time in the Isthmian Premier at Step 3 of the non-league pyramid with a win at Oaklands Park.
The visitors had the first major chance when they were awarded a penalty for handball nine minutes into the game despite nobody appearing to actually appeal for the infringement.
