MARLOW had to settle for a point against Winchester City as they started their first game at Step 3 since the 199495 season.
The game took time to get going, and it took until the seventh minute for the first chance to arrive. Jose Sani laid the ball back to Elijah Oladunjoye who crossed the ball in to the box where the ball found the head of Dave Tarpey whose header went over the bar.
Callum Buckley had Winchester’s first shot on goal in the 35th minute, but it went high and wide.
