KINGS Langley got their season off to the perfect start with Declan Phillips scoring the only goal of the game.
Phillips slotted home in the second half after a neat through ball.
The visitors could have scored more were it not for Tom Carter in the Kidlington goal.
Kidlington had a number of chances themselves with one effort cleared off the line from a corner.
And Cian Moore impresed when needed in the Langley net, saving from Fraser Allen on a couple of occasions.
