AVELEY and Tonbridge Angels shared the spoils in a heated afternoon at Parkside on and off the pitch.
The hosts started on the front foot, with Ikechi Eze taking aim from a long-range free-kick after Manny Ogunrinde was fouled. Charlee Hughes was next to strike but he was denied by Toby Steward.
Twenty minutes in and Hughes’ effort was pushed out and followed in by Josh Anifowose to score. Then Millers goalkeeper Carey Bloedorn pulled off a double save with the first being unbelievable to deny Robinson.
