THE Dragons’ perfect league record came to an end after a thrilling draw away to Gosport.
The visitors earned a penalty after 10 minutes when Robbie Gallagher was fouled by the home goalkeeper, and Nnamdi Nwachuku calmly converted into the bottom right corner.
Basingstoke doubled their lead after 30 minutes when a free-kick was misjudged by the keeper and George Reid’s bicycle kick flew into the empty net.
