■ LEIGHTON Town just crept by Stotfold, as the Freed Veneers Community Stadium saw a goalless affair settled by penalties. Despite early Leighton inroads, it was actually the home keeper Connor Hunt who was more active in the first half.
Haroon Meriai’s volley was stopped well, before the rebound was blocked.
