Evans double lifts Bowers

ALFRED EVANS struck twice as bottom side Bowers & Pitsea picked up a first win of the season.
Barely had the 879 supporters gotten comfortable when Evans pounced to tap home Rohdell Gordon’s delightful cross in the fourth minute. Rhys Byrne made saves from Samir Carruthers and Callum Jones, as the hosts responded.
