TOP scorer Dan Smith scored a hat-trick as Folkestone Invicta enjoyed an emphatic victory at a sunny Alcaline Stadium.
The home side went ahead in the 18th minute when Jack Jebb’s ball in from the right was swept home by Khale Da Costa.
It was 2-0 in the 29th minute when Ascot defender George Lock initially gave the ball away and when it came back in via Jamie Mascoll, the ball looped up off visiting defender Joe Gater, clawed over the line by goalkeeper Mark Scott.
