STAFFORD Rangers shrugged off a first-half red card to win at Bootle.
The visitors took the lead in the 12th minute as Joe Morley fired home.
Just a minute later, Ben Hodkinson missed a golden chance as his first-time shot from a few yards out clipped a post, before Amadou Doumbaya also hit a post for Bootle.
Stafford were down to ten men when Dylan Barkers saw red for a high challenge on Sean Smith but still doubled their lead through Dan Cockerline.
