THREE second-half goals helped Croydon Athletic secure their first home win of the season after a much-improved performance.
Hythe opened the scoring in the 34th minute from the penalty spot after Cian McCarthy was fouled in the box. Anthony Adesite converted the penalty despite Hythe being reduced to ten men early in the game when Theo McKenzie received a red card for a foul on David Omilabu.
Croydon dominated the second half as Hythe attempted to protect their lead.
