■ THE LEAGUE leaders’ jinx struck again as Great Wakering Rovers lost to third-placed Woodford Town at Ashtons.
Ben Search gave them a first-half lead, but Marko Protic equalised 10 minutes after the restart. An own goal put Woodford on top and Nathan Sollosi sealed the win in added time.
Stanway Rovers are the new leaders after winning 3–1 at Frenford with Joe Debell, George Okoye and Reece Conway netting in the second half before Jordan Elongo’s consolation.
