■ LOUGHBOROUGH won their mid-table tussle with Lye thanks to first-half goals from Dylan Reason and Zolani Dlodlo.
The Scholars started the brightest but it took until the 24th minute before they made the breakthrough, Reason beating his marker before firing past George Barrett in the visitors’ goal.
The lead was doubled just before the break with Reason involved again, his initial shot being parried by the keeper with Diablo on hand to turn in the rebound.
