LOWLY Lancing slipped to another late defeat as Ahkeem Belford scored the only goal.
Noel Fisher and Shay Matthews went closest for Jamie Hollis side, while Louie Theophanous clipped the outside of a post for the visitors.
Alieu Secka saved well from Jamarie Brissett and Lancing saw a late penalty shout go begging when debutant Myles Bright was bundled over.
