■ UXBRIDGE eased to a routine win over a below-par Ascot at Honeycroft.
The visitors started well and after Joe Gater had almost scored, they were awarded a 20th-minute penalty when Aiden Payne-James was brought down. However, Taylor Morgan’s weak spot-kick was easily saved by George Legg who made amends, and after that Uxbridge took control.
