Tigers strike back to share derby honours

HYDE United and Ashton United had to settle for a share of the spoils following a hard-fought Tameside Derby.
Hyde started the better of the two sides and should have opened the scoring in the fourth minute.
Ashton’s back line didn’t deal with a ball into the box and Ben Kershaw found himself free. A mixture of a poor finish and a good save from Jordan Eastham kept the scores level.
