Leon Morrison and Sam Packer netted for hosts Highworth Town in their 2-0 round two victory over Sherborne Town.
Luke Salter netted for Hartpury University as they dismissed visitors East Cowes Victoria Athletic 1-0.
Thornbury Town’s home tie was instead played at their opponents Okehampton Argyle’s ground. Argyle won 2-0 with Dom Harnell and Luke Mortimore hitting the mark.
