Boreham Wood avoided an upset against Isthmian Division One North side Felixstowe & Walton United after a shoot-out victory in the FA Trophy.
A game of two halves for hosts
The Seasiders created numerous chances either side of their goal by Josh Hitter on 16 minutes. Josh Mayhew and Willie Clemons, in particular, forced Wood 'keeper Nathan Ashmore into some smart saves.
It was not all one-way traffic though as, on the stroke of half-time, Wood’s Lee Ndlovu and Jon Benton had shots cleared off...
