■ DEAL Town secured victory over Littlehampton Town in a match that came to life in the second half.
The opening 45 minutes were an even contest, with both sides cancelling each other out in midfield.
The deadlock was finally broken 13 minutes into the second half when Archie Hatcher pounced on a loose ball in the box to fire Deal into the lead. Moments later, substitute Ife Oni made an immediate impact, doubling the advantage with a composed finish after a swift counterattack.
