HENDON routed Hastings United to equal their ever biggest Isthmian League home victory, the 9–0 win matching a 10–1 defeat of Dulwich Hamlet in August 1963.
Also equalling a club record was striker Niko Muir, whose five goals matched – most recently – the five scored by Joe White against Spelthorne Sports in a county cup tie seven seasons ago.
Muir’s first goal came in the eighth minute when Ethan Light intercepted a pass near halfway, passed to Kai Brosnan, who found Muir to sweep home.
