Liam Loughland fired the visitors ahead, bending in a delightful free kick.
Tonali Omatola drew things level just before the break, slotting into the bottom corner from a quick James Hancocks throw.
Sammons then put them ahead, clipping the ball over keeper Ben Allsop from the centre circle.
A simple long ball forward from Hancocks then saw Max McNulty race away to fire home a third.
