■ CONSETT moved five points clear of the relegation zone after a narrow win at Grimsby Borough.
Brandon Holdsworth is the Steelmen’s top scorer with 10 goals now, hitting the double figures mark just after the hour when he slammed the ball home from a Will Shaw cross.
