GARFORTH Town won n this Yorkshire derby as they ran out easy winners on the road at Ossett United.
It took the Miners just 10 minutes to break the deadlock when Matt Antcliff guided the ball past Aleks Petrovic.
Petrovic was then at fault for the second goal as he brought down Max Bauer in the area leaving referee Anthony Tankard no option but to point to the spot on 25 minutes.
Up stepped Matt Tweddle who added further punishment to Petrovic, who was booked for giving away the foul, as he slotted the spot kick home.
