The hosts initially found themselves behind in the 23rd minute when Mathew Slinn found the back of the net.
Loughborough finally found their equaliser when Josh Strouts’ cross was headed home by Joseph Akinsamni after the hour mark.
From there, the momentum swung their way, leaving Nat Salsby to take full advantage in the 73rd minute.
