RECOVERY: Lewis Turner suffered a cardiac arrest

RELIEVED boss Pav Singh says the recovery of his Farsley Celtic captain Lewis Turner is proof that medical protocols are fit for purpose in the English game.
Singh looked on in horror after Turner suffered a cardiac arrest during Celtic’s FA Trophy game at Gateshead on Tuesday night, forcing the game to be abandoned late in the first half.
The 32-year-old was rushed to hospital but thanks largely to the quick-thinking of medics on the scene, is now stable back home and on the road to recovery.
