BEDFORD stayed top of the division, winning a thrilling game at home to Kettering on a rare Friday evening slot.
Bedford’s Bruno Andrade punished his former employers with an early brace. After six minutes, he reacted to a lofted header to beat Benjamin Hart before firing past Daniel Jezeph.
Barely two minutes later, Andrade raced onto a through ball, rounded Aaron Powell, and slotted the ball past the onrushing Jezeph. Both assists were from Leon Lobjoit.
