■KHALSA were aiming to respond after last weekend’s defeat as the race for play-offs hots up.
The first goal came after a delicious ball from Peter Taylor, with Andre Landell rounding the keeper to score.
Coventry immediately responded as Jamie Draper sneaked in at the back post with a neat header to equalise.
The second half began with both teams pressing to take the lead. After excellent delivery from a corner from Robbie Bunn, Kristian Green steamed in with a bullet header to give his side the lead once again.
