LOUIE THEOPHANOUS scored six as Beckenham Town annihilated Lancing at Eden Park Avenue to reignite their play-off hopes.
The hosts flew out of the blocks and led when Steve Townsend rifled in his tenth of the season. Theophanous then took over, plundering a six-minute hat trick to send Becks in four to the good at the break.
