■BERKHAMSTED emerged victorious despite early Enfield dominance.
First, the visitors’ George Thompson saw an effort blocked on the line, whilst Kieran Southgate watched as his attempt was cleared. After surviving that onslaught, Berko took the lead in the 43rd minute when Dan Newton rose highest to head past George Edgeworth.
