CROWDS UP 12% FOR NLD

NON-LEAGUE Day crowds were up almost 12 per cent on last season, according to figures.
Last Saturday’s total attendance from games at Steps 1-4was 149,060 – an 11.92% increase on Non-League Day 2024.
Step 2 Scunthorpe United boasted the highest attendance with a massive 8,274 cramming into Glanford Park for their clash with Chester.
A further 7,256 watched Oldham Athletic’s 2-0victory over FC Halifax Town in Step 1, while the highest Step 3 attendance of 4,724 saw Macclesfield FC clinch the NPL Premier Division title.
