Flackwell Heath go into tomorrow’s Southern League Division One Central playoff final at Berkhamsted as underdogs – but Berko should beware the Heathens’ bite as Chris Ayres’ team look to claim back-to-back promotions.
Flackwell weren’t expected to be in the mix for promotion in their first season at Step 4.
However, from the very first match of the season –when they thumped AFC Dunstable 6-0 – they’ve shown they’re capable of mixing it at this level.
