NEW Redditch United manager Mike Fowler has urged supporters to be patient as he builds a side capable of challenging for promotion.
The former Welsh youth international was boss at Midland Football League side Studley for two seasons and has also been assistant manager at Tamworth and Forest Green Rovers.
