BORO LURE

HARROW Borough have unveiled Wayne Carter as the club’s new first-team manager.
Carter co-managed Hanwell Town between 2018 and 2021 and last season led Harefield United to the Combined Counties League Premier Division North play-offs.
Borough finished the last campaign with Dennis Quigley in caretaker charge following the departure of Ben Bukowski in January. They finished 14th in Isthmian League South Central last season.
