HYDE United boss Nick Spooner demanded an improved display after defeat in midweek to Guiseley and his players produced the goods, as spectators at the Project Solar Stadium were treated to a flurry of goals.
The hosts led early on 11 minutes after Gary Liddle was dispossessed by Lewis Rawsthorn, allowing Antoine Makoli to drive into the box and find the near post.
They doubled their advantage 11 minutes later, Rawsthorn slotting home in the six-yard area from a Tom Pratt cross to complete a superb team goal.
