SELSEY have been scouring the record books to see if they’ve got the youngest FA Vase scorer in Reuben Strudwick – but for boss Daren Pearce giving youth a chance is also part of their make up.
Strudwick bagged a goal in their 2-0 first round qualifying win over Ringwood Town last month – aged just 16 years and 39 days.
Since then club officials have been trying to work out if the youngster has set a new milestone with potential younger ones out there.
One thing’s for sure, Strudwick is at least one of the youngest and long-serving Seals ...
