KELVIN Langmead was delighted with his Banbury team’s all-around performance as they defeated Spalding at the Spencer Stadium.
Johnathan Lawson had already tested Paul Jones after four minutes, when a minute later, he gave Banbury the lead after neat play with Connor Ferguson on the left.
Bartosz Cybulski came close to a leveller for the Tulips, but the in-form striker was denied at close range by Jack Harding.
