TAMWORTH manager Andy Peaks has called for National League Cup player selection rules to be relaxed after a club bosses made a raft of farcical early substitutions to avoid them.
Peaks made three substitutions in just the SECOND minute of their match with Everton U21 on Tuesday night, while Forest Green Rovers boss Robbie Savage made FOUR changes within seconds of the kick-off in their game with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
