Lawyers complaint is upheld

TOW Law Town have been given a second chance in the Isuzu FA Vase – after the referee in last Saturday’s second qualifying round 4-2 defeat at Billingham Synthonia made a mistake.
The match official showed Billingham’s Jabob Owen a yellow card for dissent in the 26th minute, when he should have instead been sin-binned for ten minutes.
Following a complaint by Tow Law, a letter to both clubs from the FA said that the competition rules “had not been applied correctly”.
The replay will be played at Stockton Town on Friday night (ko 8pm).
