LICHFIELD moved into the top five with a routine victory over Rugby.
Rivel Mardenborough had the first chance of the game from Olly West’s cross, but couldn’t hit the target.
The hosts had the better of the first-half chances but often found their final ball lacking.
John Mills headed over from their best chance before the break.
They did hit the front in the second half however, when Jude Taylor scrambled in from a Jack Edwards cross.
