■BIGGLESWADE Town went top after a comfortable victory at Northwood.
The writing was on the wall for Northwood after just 19 minutes when Town cruised into a 2-0lead, with Joshua Steele – firing high into the net from a corner – and Harrison Rookard finding the net.
Damani Hunter then made it 3-0 from the penalty spot, following a handball in the box, after 34 minutes, although Reece Price-Placid gave the hosts a glimmer of hope with a reply five minutes later.
