AVELEY continued their good form, seeing off Potters Bar Town at the Lantern Community Stadium.
Bar almost led early on when Joe Re was played in on goal, but it was well saved by Joe Wright. Aveley took the lead 17 minutes in, as a great ball led to Suleyman Zuhdu being through on goal, who slotted home to open the scoring.
The visitors were almost in again from the exact same ball eight minutes later, but the flag was up for offside.
