■ COLESHILL claimed an important victory over Sutton Coldfield to move them within touching distance of the play-off places.
The Colemen would have taken an early lead had Jack Lynch not made an unbelievable clearance to keep the ball off the line. Minutes later, Ryan Edmunds went close for Sutton Coldfield with an audacious lob, but his effort sailed just over the bar.
Coleshill opened the scoring through Taylor Carter-Byrne’s classy finish just after the half-hour.
