■ TRAFFORD trailed by two goals, but clawed back to earn a well-deserved point, in a pulsating encounter with Shifnal. The home side’s new manager Tom Baker saw his side fall behind, against the run of play, in only the 11th minute. Matthew Barnes-Home fired home Shifnal’s first, from 15 yards, before Shaq Leachman clinched a quick-fire second.
Baker’s Boys were simply magnificent for long spells of the second half. Debutant Prosper Imar reduced the arrears, in the 61st minute, as he glanced a header past Andrew Wycherley.
